My favorite place to be is in the kitchen. I've explored food through various angles: community meal sharing, cooking to heal myself, my loved ones, and for private clients, urban farming, recipe & menu development, and cooking for the sake of art, expression, and passion. I hold certificates for Rebuilding our Relationship to Food and Food and Our Environment from Stanford University and The Science of Wellbeing from Yale University. Working as a Health and Wellness Coordinator for transitional shelter programs, I assessed my clients specific health concerns and worked with my clients on a long term basis to create plans of action and to help them achieve their health goals.

Previous clients include: People living with chronic illnesses, families, published authors, globally renowned doctors, multi-millionaires, and busy CEOs.
